I was captivated by the atmosphere, a good mix of tranquility and vibrant culture. The breakfast was very nice, with freshly prepared Moroccan dishes, made each morning nice. The spa services, including the relaxing hammam and soothing massages, were really good and a highlight of my stay.

The venue is fairly clean, with quiet and top location very close to the old Medina, the Atlas mountains, and the Jamaa el Fna market. Please let the highly professional staff know of our gratefulness for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The ambiance is family. The breakfast is great with cheese and yogurt, as for instance, has everything you need...

The absolute best hotel experience ever - a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, small enough to feel at home, nice outdoor breakfast on the roof terrace, spa, personal shuttle service from the airport.. The staff really make you feel special and are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Windows only to the inner atrium (probably depends on the room, ours was on the ground floor)

Riad L'Etoile D'Orient offered a beautiful calm and relaxed space amidst the vibrant medina. The staff were warm, cute, and attentive. The delicious and plentiful breakfasts were a good start to each morning.

No significant downsides noted.

The staff, Abla, was very friendly and helpful. The free wi-fi connection is another advantage. The location is pretty close to Place Jemaa El Fna, you can take bus number 19 from/to the airport, and as long as you got the google maps, it wouldn't be too hard to find the place.

Room is a bit too small than I expected, but they have bigger room for higher price.

A very nice modern Riad with good location in the Medina. The staff was excellent and the service, good breakfast.

The staff are amazing. I could go as far as to say that they are the most helpful I have encountered in my travels. They were also so sweet, they held breakfast for us when we overslept after our first night. The recommendations made by the receptionist (I think her name was Alba) was exactly what we needed both for activities and the restaurants. Dinner at the hotel is something you must try - it is worth it (even though you have to order hours in advance - a lot of morroccan food is slow cooked so takes time). In terms of location, it is minutes away from the souk and main square which is ideal for a city break.

The shower cubicle is see-through but I am sure it wouldn't have mattered if I was on holiday as a couple.

While the room is spacious, the absence of tea and coffee facilities was a letdown, especially since the mini-fridge is well-stocked with drinks. The furniture shows signs of wear and could use some updates, and the adapted window shutters darken the room too much. The immediate surrounding streets can feel a bit too quiet for solo travelers, lacking the lively buzz found elsewhere.

Frank, the owner of the Riad, was really nice and did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The Riad is one of the few hotels I've been where the hotel itself looks exactly like the place on the pictures. The staff was friendly, the location is perfect, the jacuzzi on the roff top is incredible nice after a long day walking around in the city. For this price I can't imagine of something else beeing more perfect than the Riad Etoile d'Orient!

Wonderful Riad. Everything here is perfect, the staff is incredibly helpful, generous and kind. It is ideally located, close to everything. Will definitely go back.

The location is fabulous, just a short stroll from the hustle and bustle of the Jemaa El-Fnaa square while providing a serene sanctuary away from the chaos of the medina. The room was comfortable, with luxurious toiletries, a super clean bathroom, and a lovely terrace for great views of the Atlas Mountains. The breakfast was good, with fresh Moroccan treats like omelettes and pastries, nice for a authentic start to the day.

The hotel is beautifully designed great staff that goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.

Super amables, serviciales, gente por demas agradable, dispuesta en todo momento a ayudar en todo, buenos consejos, todo lo que pueda decir acerca de ellos sera poco... Abla su Manager una mujer super servicial y agradable, lo mismo que su personal Mahjouba, Bahija, Rachid, con los que teniamos un trato a diario y nos hacian sentir en casa, como si nos conocieramos de siempre, super amables y muy simpaticos.El Riad impecable, todos los detalles bien cuidados, el servicio de desayuno excelente!!! La habitacion impecable y muy comoda con la facilidad y comodidad del WiFi gratis. Fue una experiencia maravillosa, lo que haran unas vacaciones inolvidables para nosotros en Marrakesch. En un 100% recomiendo este Riad para unas excelentes vacaciones...
